How is Klaviyo’s pricing calculated?
Klaviyo’s pricing is calculated based on the number of active profiles in your account and the volume of emails or SMS messages sent each month.
Pricing increases as the number of active profiles grows, with automatic plan upgrades applied when you exceed your current tier.
Klaviyo offers a Free Plan which is available only to small accounts starting out. It is limited to 250 active profiles with 500 monthly email sends and 150 free SMS credits.
An Email Plan for 3500–5000 active profiles would cost $100/month , which includes 50,000 email sends per month.
What is the difference between the two plans?
1. Self-Arranged Plan (One-Time Service)
Cost: €399 (one-time payment).
Purpose: Designed for businesses that want to manage their Klaviyo account independently after initial setup and training.
What’s Included:
- Assistance with creating a Klaviyo account.
- Integration with the client’s e-commerce platform (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Opencart)
- Basic configuration of Klaviyo settings (branding, email templates, and list setup).
- Two hours of training to help the client understand how to use Klaviyo effectively, including how to create campaigns and monitor performance.
Level of Involvement: Limited to the initial setup and training. Afterward, the client is responsible for managing their Klaviyo account, creating flows, and sending campaigns.
2. Fully Managed Plan (Ongoing Service)
Cost: €199 per month (subscription-based).
Purpose: Ideal for businesses that want a hands-off approach, with our agency fully managing their Klaviyo account on an ongoing basis.
What’s Included:
- Everything in the Self-Arranged Plan (initial setup, integration, and basic configuration).
